Abstract

The convergence of enterprise digitalization, collaborative innovation platforms, and supply chain synchronization presents both strategic opportunities and operational fragmentation. This review evaluates how digital service architectures and dual-drive frameworks facilitate technology transfer, while interrogating the frictions inherent in cross-industry data integration and ERP-WMS coordination. Synthesizing recent literature reveals that technological gains remain to some extent contingent upon institutional readiness and boundary-spanning mechanisms, which linear transfer models often overlook. Meanwhile, omnichannel operational paradigms and cross-border regulatory constraints expose compliance vulnerabilities in customer and financial data flows. Rather than a frictionless continuum, enterprise digital maturity appears to emerge from iterative compromises between standardized system blueprints and localized realities. Considering these intersecting dynamics, current findings indicate that technological integration alone does not guarantee elevated operational velocity, leading us to emphasize that future inquiries must transcend functional silos to examine the multi-stakeholder feedback loops governing sustainable digital ecosystems.
